Due to the problems created partly by inactive and poor captains and partly due to mistakes made by ren and I as admins.
The plan is to reduce the number of teams in the league, and disband certain teams that we have had problems with, and 1 or 2 which we have not really had problems with but would prefer to be disbanded. We will also introduce a waivers system (more on this later in the post) for free agents. We shall also introduce a loans system to try and prevent 4v3's, 3v3's and defwins (again, more on this later).
We are going to disband Angry Devils, Olympikarlos and Sheepshaggers. The conferences will be scrapped, and the 6 remaining teams (Coffee Crew, Dutchovia, erM, Highland Cows, Renhan Red Sox and Seven Minutes Left) will be put into one conference, where each team plays everybody else 2 times (a total of 10 matches) with the top 4 after these round of matches entering the play-offs, which would have two best-of-three semi finals and a best-of-five finals. Results between the six remaining teams before now will be carried on, but results between the remaining teams and disbanded teams will be nulled.
Draft picks that have been traded between remaining teams and disbanded teams will be handed back to the remaining teams. If a match was wildcarded by remaining teams for matches with disbanded teams, that wildcard is given back. However, if a match was wildcarded between two remaining teams, the wildcard remains in place.
As for the matches tomorrow (15th July), a schedule will be put up shortly.
All players in disbanded teams will be allowed to enter the free agency, and a waivers system will be introduced. There will be a waiver order which will be the reverse of the draft order for the first season, and every team in the waivers order has the right to hi-jack a free agency signing from a team below them in the waivers order. However, if a team signs a player from free agency, they are moved to the bottom of the waivers order once the signing goes through.
An example of this:
- Team 5 has the 5th spot in the waivers order, and they make a thread signing Player Y.
- This starts a 48-hour waivers period in which teams in waivers positions 1, 2, 3 and 4 can post in the thread to claim the player. The team in the 6th waivers position cannot claim the player because they are lower in the order than Team 5.
- If they post, the 48 hour period is NOT reset, but will continue unless the team in 1st spot in the waivers order claims the player, or if every team above team 5 post saying they do not want to claim the player (but this is optional).
- If nobody posts in the thread to claim the player in the 48-hour period, Team 5 will sign Player Y, and will move to the 6th position in the waivers order, and the team previously in 6th spot move up to 5th spot.
- If any of the teams in waivers position 1, 2, 3 or 4 claim the player in the 48-hour period, they sign Player Y and move to 6th position in the waivers order and each team below them in the waivers order move up 1 spot.

- Teams can only loan in 1 player per season, and can only loan out 2 players each season.
- The same player cannot be loaned in or out more than once per season.
- Players cannot be loaned from the free agency.
- Teams cannot loan a player if they have already got 12 players in their roster (the maximum roster size).
- Similar to trades, a thread must be made where both captains must confirm the loan. Once confirmed by both captains, the loan will last until the next match the loaning team play is completed.
- Confirmation from both captains must be completed at least 30 minutes prior to the match in which the loanee plays
- Loans can be cancelled by either party unless otherwise stated in the loan thread prior to 30 minutes to the loaning teams next match.
- Players cannot play for two teams in the same matchday. Wildcarded counts as the matchday of the original match.
- Loans will be prohibited for the post season (play-offs)
